Birmingham, Alabama native, Issac Troy, aka "Chef Bama", is the owner of 'A Taste of The South Nutrition Services LLC'.  His passion for cooking started at the age of 10 when he would help his grandmother in the kitchen. In 2013, he moved to the Bay Area to pursue his career full time, studying at Sacramento's Le Cordon Bleu Institute for the Culinary Arts and crafting his skills in Cuisine Across Cultures.
